Return & Refund Policy

At NextLevel Wear, all products are made-to-order. Therefore, returns or refunds are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product.

We do not accept returns for:

• Wrong size ordered by customer
• Change of mind
• Used or washed products

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
